A Trinidadian man is now on bail after he was charged with three counts of penetration.

Magistrate Alicia Chankar granted him bail in the sum of $150,000. He was charged on March 6, this month.

The 36-year-old was also ordered to stay 100 feet away from the victim and is prohibited from having any conversation or direct contact with the victim.

He is also expected to report to the police station directly every day.

Reports from Trinidad are that a “teenager and her relative arrived at the Child Protection Unit, Point Fortin, where they stated that the youngster was seen in photographs and videos having sexual intercourse with a man.”

Police investigated the matter and were later charged. His matter will be heard on March 21
