Murder Case Against Denris Josiah Delayed Until January 2025

A murder case involving Denris Josiah, an individual in his early 20s from Old Road, has been adjourned and rescheduled for January 14, 2025.

Josiah is accused of fatally attacking 23-year-old Ricaldo Joseph during a violent altercation at a local bar on March 30.

Preliminary information indicates that the two Old Road residents became involved in a dispute that rapidly escalated when one of the individuals seized a cutlass.

The confrontation resulted in severe and ultimately fatal injuries to Joseph’s head, neck, and arms.
