Record day for Antigua Cruise Port yesterday

Tuesday was another record day for Antigua Cruise Port, as we welcome 10,014 passengers in port and 6 calls simultaneously, Royal Clipper and Seadream II in Falmouth, Celebrity Millennium, Viking Sea, enchanted Princess, and Costa Fascinos in St John’s.

Tourism Minister Charles Fernandez said this is further evidence of the success of the partnership we have entered into with Global Ports Holdings.

“This coupled with a stronger marketing thrust by the Ministry of Tourism through the Tourism Authority is boding well for Antigua & Barbuda – and our local stakeholder,” he said.

We must also recognize the professionalism exhibited by immigration, customs, and our law enforcement officials in the invaluable role they are playing in raising the level of professionalism
