Residents of Grays Hill continue to seek ways to protect themselves against a serial rapist that has violated several vulnerable women there over the past few months
The latest effort was clearing overgrown bushes which have been used as hiding spots for perpetrators
A few days ago, with the assistance of a gracious citizen, overgrown bushes were cleared in the area.
APUA also installed a street light to increase the lighting in this area.
Ministers should bow their heads in shame. Too little too late. Kudos to the citizens that’s helping.
