Nurse, Jahmesha Millwood, will be appearing before a High Court Judge in yet another criminal matter.
Last year, her case where she is accused of forging Covid-19 vaccine cards was committed to the High Court.
But while she is awaiting arraignment in that matter, yet another case that could be called any time after September this year was committed.
The Bolans woman who is currently on remand, is facing several counts of fraud for using a roommate’s bank card to purchase over $20,000 worth of items online.
In 2021, the defendant and the complaint had traveled to Jamaica for a training course and were quarantined together.
During this time, Millwood reportedly stole the woman’s bank card and made dozens of purchases before returning it.
The woman discovered thousands of dollars missing and contacted the police.
The 30-year-old nurse mother of two was granted bail in the sum of EC$5 000.
