After trying to find their hero for days, Cool and Smooth was finally able to say thank you to Dawn Sanasie for her bravery in diverting a potential disaster last week.

Sanasie literally scooped up water from a nearby ravine to help calm a raging fire in the company’s warehouse. “Today, we extend our deepest gratitude to Mrs. Dawn Sanasie for her extraordinary bravery and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others.

The fire is believed to have been the result of an electrical issue, started in a storeroom on the northern side of the building.

Immediately, the staff sprang into action utilizing a combination of fire extinguishers and water, with assistance from members of the public who helped keep the fire from spreading to the main store.
