His journey began in the 1960s as a beach boy, and through perseverance and hard work. he worked his way up to become a night auditor and eventually a general manager in the 1980s.

Robert focuses on the tourism industry in Antigua and Barbuda, where he has worked tirelessly for over 38 years.

His philanthropy and leadership have been instrumental in the success of several local hotels, including the Pineapple Beach Resort, Royal Antiguan, St James’s Club, Galley Bay Resort, Verandah Resort, Grand Pineapple Resort, and the Jolly Beach Resort, which he rescued from financial ruin.

Robert’s commitment to ensuring that Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism products rival those of any region has made him a true ambassador for the nation.

His investments, totaling more than US $500 million, have fueled the island’s economic growth and provided employment opportunities for thousands of individuals over four decades.

Despite his numerous achievements, Robert remains humble and avoids the limelight.

He founded Wishing Well Incorporated, a non-profit charity organization 2012 that has extended crucial support to individuals requiring medical attention, disaster victims, educational initiatives, sports development, and mentorship for aspiring young entrepreneurs.

His philanthropic endeavors continue to shine brightly and are a testament to his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those around him.
