Keys to the site were presented to the Director of Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Chinese Embassy, Chang Yun, by Ambassador Pilgrim.

The construction work on the Booby Alley Housing Development Project, a significant initiative for Prime Minister Gaston Browne and the Antigua and Barbuda government, is set to commence next month.

The Chinese company responsible for the project, ZhongAn HuaLi Construction Group Co., Ltd., will be arriving in Antigua and Barbuda this week.

Ambassador Clarence Pilgrim, Chairman of the project, has handed over the site at Dredge Bay to the Chinese workers for the construction phase.

The keys to the site were presented to the Director of Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Chinese Embassy, Chang Yun, by Ambassador Pilgrim.

The project is expected to start in October, and it is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, providing condominium-type homes for occupation.

Chang expressed gratitude to the government for preparing the site, ensuring that the project can proceed without further delay.
