Court Grants Bail in Latest Box Hand Fraud Case

A Factory Road woman accused of misappropriating box hand funds has been granted bail in the Magistrates’ Court.

Tricia Webb appeared before Magistrate Dexter Wason yesterday to face charges of fraudulently converting $7,000 to her personal use. The funds had been entrusted to her through a box hand arrangement between January 13 and September 14, 2024.

Webb is the second person this month to face charges related to alleged box hand fraud. Her committal hearing has been scheduled for January 13.
