Mobile Police Patrols leads to arrests

Earlier this week, a coordinated effort to enhance public safety resulted in a mobile police patrol operated by local law enforcement returning from a successful operation covering key areas within the city and its outskirts, including Freeman’s Village, Seaview Farm, Yorks, Bathlodge, and Nut Grove.

The operation involved a comprehensive search of individuals and vehicles.

During their search, they discovered a quantity of plant-like material resembling controlled substances, specifically cannabis and hashish. A young man was arrested and taken into custody.

In addition to this arrest, the patrol team executed five search warrants across various locations, including Freemans Village, Yorks, Bathlodge, and Nut Grove. Notable arrests included a man of Freemans Village, a man from Yorks, and two individuals from Nut Grove, who were arrested and taken into custody.

As the investigation continues, authorities remind the public to report any suspicious activities and to remain vigilant, cooperating with local law enforcement efforts.
