The charges arose from a police operation conducted at his residence in Cedar Valley Heights during the early hours of Saturday, January 10, 2026.

During this operation, law enforcement discovered:

 
  • A Smith & Wesson .380 pistol with seven (7) matching rounds of ammunition
  • 100 grams of cannabis

He faces charges for:

  • Unlawful possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition
  • Possession of cannabis
  • Possession with intent to supply
