Dominica’s Bouyon Artiste Responds to PM Gaston Browne This Way

Asa Bantan, Dominica’s Bouyon artist, has responded to Prime Minister Gaston Browne.

The Prime Minister claimed that Antiguans and Barbudans tipped Bantan $100 at a recent event, yet they are opposing a $100 increase in vehicle licensing fees. Here is Bantan’s response to PM Browne.

    WAYYYYY papa. Asa I hope the world boss doh bann you from performing in Antigua. As you say the people love you and you love them back. PM remember the 100 increase is for CARS not for people like myself who drive a SUV

      Lol haha. And so what if people want to tip their favourite artist that means they are able to tip the government? Government do enough foolishness with our money.

    …nor for me driving a thirteen year-old Hyundai Tucson. Imagine me driving in the big league with all the big-shot SUV owners!!!! Because a few hotheads managed to convince “the Emperor” that everyone who drives a “SUV” has money. Oh woe is me!!!

    Gaston just lub trouble. See how he got everybody talking by simply posting something on his facebook. He wild NOWAH. But he is a politicans and playing his right cards. As Asot would say, any publicity is good publicity
