Three individuals suspected of being involved in an armed robbery in Parham were shot during an alleged encounter with the police.
One person was declared dead, while two others sustained injuries. Sources say they are in critical condition at the Sir Lester Medical Center.
The police had been pursuing the suspects for some time. The individuals were allegedly involved in robbing a convenience store in Parham earlier in the day and fled with $1,500.
