Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism professionals will be celebrated at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Awards Gala on November 24, 2024.

Hosted by the Antigua & Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) and the Ministry of Tourism, this annual event honors outstanding individuals and organizations in the tourism sector.

This year’s theme, “Waves of Opulence and Distinction,” emphasizes luxury and service excellence. Minister of Tourism, Charles Fernandez, encourages industry leaders to recognize and develop talent to enhance the nation’s global competitiveness.

The awards will recognize various categories, including Employee of the Year, Young Hotelier of the Year, Chef of the Year, and other excellence awards, chosen by a panel of industry executives.

The event, which will focus on sustainability and excellence, will take place at Sandals Grande Antigua and coincide with Tourism Week.
