Man Shot in Buttocks During Alleged Home Invasion in John Hughes

A 40-year-old man, identified as Kenroy Telemacque of John Hughes, was shot early Sunday morning under circumstances still being investigated by police.

Reports indicate that Telemacque sustained a gunshot wound to his right buttock during what is believed to have been an attempted robbery at a private residence. He was transported to hospital, where he is undergoing a CT scan and X-ray to assess the extent of his injuries.

Police have not yet confirmed whether the wound was inflicted by law enforcement officers or another party during the incident. However, preliminary information suggests that Telemacque had attempted to break into a home when he was shot.

Medical officials say the injured man is in stable condition for now, though further updates on his prognosis are expected later.

Authorities are continuing investigations into the matter.

Only in John Hughes y’know, where even a ‘quick peek’ can turn into a hospital trip. I swear, next time he try that, he better bring a proper invitation or at least a nice plate of saltfish
